Community Breast Health Grant Program

The Community Breast Health Grant Program seeks to provide education and outreach, screening coordination and concrete support and treatment services to underserved and minority individuals throughout New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island), Long Island, Westchester and Rockland Counties.

The funding period is 12 months and based on the Komen Greater NYC fiscal year — April 1st through March 31st. Organizations applying for the CBH grant may request up to $50,000 over this one-year period. Organizations that have previously received Komen Greater NYC funding are welcome to apply for additional funding.

Grant Year
Komen Greater NYC has instituted a set of standards to which all grantees who wish to reapply for Komen funding must adhere. There are five categories, which are further defined in the document Application Review Process “In Good Standing”.
